backgroundBeyond Pix organized the first Project Reboot during the recession of 2012. The goal of the event was to respark and reboot the community by bringing people together and encouraging Bay Area companies to support each other in times of economic hardship. Since then, Project Reboot has grown into a major community gathering featuring a Production Crawl and a SOMA-palooza after-celebration complete with complimentary drinks, BBQ, music, a raffle, and multiple booths displaying local companies' latest gadgets and projects.

Production Crawl
|
Companies all over San Francisco will be opening their doors and throwing back the curtains during this section of Project Reboot. Come join us as we make our way from production house to audio house to equipment rental facility and see the latest technology, projects, and people that make the San Francisco production scene one of the most exciting and versatile out there!

Soma-palooza
|
We'll be wrapping up the night at the Beyond Pix @Bayshore location with live music, complimentary drinks, fresh off the grill BBQ, and a raffle. If this sounds like something you want to attend (and believe me it is), please RSVP here. Act fast! Space is limited and fills up quickly!

Raffle
|
Everyone will receive a raffle ticket when they enter SOMA-palooza, but make sure you collect tickets from additional places you visit! This means every production house visited on the crawl and any booth at the @Bayshore location. If you're interested in donating to the raffle, please email [email protected].

Music
|
Live music by the Diana DeMuth Band. Often compared to a folkier version of Norah Jones, DeMuth's music features complex and powerful lyricism, sultry saxophone lines, and a voice that SF music scene blog The Deli claims, "pulls you in for a closer listen."
You can find her full album and various other media at her official site. I am happy to announce that DJ Timoteo Gigante will be gracing Project Reboot again this year! DJ Timoteo is best know for the popular SF event Motown on Monday and spins tunes from oldies soul to top 40s. You can find his music and various other media at his official site. |
